The Associated Press reports former Miss New Hampshire USA Nicole Houde has been arrested on an assault charge. Houde allegedly punched, kicked and scratched her boyfriend, 33-year-old Scott Nickerson. Nickerson supposedly took Houde's cellphone and the 26-year-old took offense. The woman was the 2010 Miss New Hampshire USA.
